Worth it is a workflow decision, not a loyalty test
Hootsuite earns its place when it gives a team one dependable place to plan, coordinate, monitor, and review social activity. The benefit is cumulative: fewer duplicated tasks, clearer ownership, and less uncertainty about what has been published.
It is less compelling when the workflow is small, infrequent, or already well managed in native tools. Start with the work that repeatedly causes delays, then decide whether centralization solves a real problem rather than adding another system to maintain.
